Booking and payment

A 50% nonrefundable deposit reserves your event date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before setup. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Additional devices

Package pricing is based on simultaneously connected devices. Additional charges or a package upgrade may apply if the purchased limit is exceeded.

One person may connect more than one device. Package capacity is based on the number of devices connected at the same time.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Deposits are nonrefundable. Clients may transfer their deposit once to another available date by providing at least 14 days' notice.

Service disclaimer

Wireless and internet performance may be affected by weather, congestion, interference, venue conditions, power outages, connected-device usage and third-party internet-provider availability. ClearPath Connect is not responsible for lost sales, failed transactions, interrupted livestreams or other losses caused by conditions outside our reasonable control.

The signed quote or service agreement controls the final terms of any engagement.
