Travel within 30 miles of the ClearPath Connect operating location may be included in eligible packages.
Travel beyond the included service radius may be billed at $1.00 per round-trip mile after the first 30 miles.
Additional travel expenses may include:
- Tolls
- Parking or valet fees
- Venue loading fees
- Overnight lodging
- Airfare
- Equipment transportation
- Ferry transportation
- Additional travel staff
- Extended travel time
All travel charges must be disclosed in the written quote before the booking deposit is paid.
