2. SCOPE OF SERVICE (example)
   - One primary internet connection selected for the venue and conditions
   - One independent backup connection with automatic failover
   - Managed wireless coverage for the defined event areas
   - Separate secured networks: guest, vendor, staff and POS
   - Bandwidth and traffic management with priority for POS and registration
   - Pre-event installation and testing before guests or vendors connect
   - Onsite monitoring during event hours
   - Equipment breakdown and removal after the event

3. OPTIONAL SERVICES (selected in the written quote)
   Dedicated livestream network, dedicated POS or registration network,
   additional coverage area, additional event time, branded Wi-Fi login page,
   voucher or paid access system, hardwired connections, site survey, rush
   deployment, early access or after-hours setup, portable or backup power,
   multi-day service, additional backup connection.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
   - Confirm written venue approval for an outside connectivity provider
   - Provide reliable electrical power at agreed equipment locations
   - Provide setup, access and breakdown windows
   - Pay venue-imposed charges unless included in the written quote

5. COMMERCIAL TERMS
   - 50% booking deposit; the date is not reserved until the deposit is received
   - Balance due 24 hours before setup unless otherwise stated
   - Quotes valid for 14 days
   - Additional services require written approval
   - Cancellation and rescheduling follow the published policy and the signed
     quote or service agreement

6. RELIABILITY NOTICE
   ClearPath Connect uses professional planning, managed equipment, backup
   connectivity options, traffic controls and monitoring to improve service
   reliability. No wireless or internet service can be guaranteed as completely
   uninterrupted.
